Join us this summer for the Mai Po "Night Safari"

Mai Po Nature Reserve is a world-renowned wetland conservation site, charming even former United States Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and his wife when they were visiting Hong Kong in mid-April. As summer approaches, one of WWF's most beloved tours — the Night Safari — is now available for registration. Guided by our nature interpreter, participants will discover some of Mai Po's nocturnal animals, such as roosting birds, bats, fireflies and moths. With a bit of luck, you may also be able to see leopard cats and otters! The remarkable sunset and moonrise under summer breezes will surely be mesmerizing, too! Click here to sign up for Mai Po's "Night Safari Episode One — Action in the Starlight"!

WWF to organize talks on the global fisheries crisis and how businesses can help, at HOFEX trade fair

WWF has been working closely with the hotel and hospitality industry to promote sustainable seafood and calls upon the industry to offer more environmentally-friendly choices to the public, so that Hong Kong people can enjoy their meals while helping conserve marine ecology.

HOFEX — the region's leading food and hospitality trade fair, will be held from 11 to14 May at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. During the fair, WWF and SGS will give a seminar entitled "Global Fisheries Crisis: How Can You Help?" The talk will cover the global fisheries crisis and how businesses can support the sustainable seafood movement. All are welcome to join.

Another  Asian Club Management Conference will be held alongside the HOFEX tradeshow from 12 to 13 May. Caterers include those of the Hong Kong Country Club, the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. All have chosen sustainable seafood menus.
